Jes was wonderful, she bonded with Horacio and he was very talkative to her, for a cat with a few words, that was a result! I missed my flight and had to stay on for 3 more days, Jes was very helpful and organized for me to rebook her for the extra days. It certainly took the stress out of my predicament. I highly recommend her.

Jessica always looks after my wee old lady while I'm away this time was quite difficult and Jessica went well above and beyond for me and my cat Jess when she took a bad reaction to a sedation she had to be given 2 days before going on holiday,jess was there for me aswell as my cat she made sure she was OK and sent lots of videos ect.100% recommend

Jess is just amazing, my cats adore her and did from the first meet, she has a natural gift thats for sure. She leaves everything cleaned up behind her and is very punctual, mickey needs insulin so this is important. I will never use anyone else she puts the cats first and that's what we love don't hesitate in booking her you won't be dissapointed

Jess is a fantastic sitter. She looks after our two boys every time we go away. Our boys are very needy but Jess makes them feel loved and relaxed. This was our first time using Cat in a Flat for our 2 ragdoll girls. We booked Jess for 2 visits a day and we received daily updates of pictures & videos which took the pressure off our holiday knowing they were comfortable with Jess and being well looked after. I would most definitely use Jess again for our girls, she was a star.

Jessica was great and I would definitely use her again. She was reliable and communicated well throughout. From the initial meeting to the daily visits. I got sent pictures/videos and update from each visit. One of my cats is very nervous around strangers and he was interacting with Jessica. I came home to an organised house and relaxed cats.

Jess is the best cat sitter ever! My cat Tofu is not the easiest boy, old and diabetic so needs twice daily insulin injections. Jess took such care to make sure he was looked after, feeling safe and loved. Jess sends the best photo updates and Tofu really does love Jess (maybe more than he loves me tbh!).

Unfortunately I had to cancel my plans at quite short notice, but Jess was so great and understanding (even though she'd sat for me before and I know how excited she was to see Ella again =( ) But as I say she has sat for us before and I'd 100% recommend her! Super friendly, speedy responses, professional. Your little one will be well looked after by her... providing your plans don't have to change!

Jess was great and will be using again. We had a discussion ahead of the first booking and Jess met the cats. I felt comfortable having Jess looking after my boys and she kept me updated with videos and pictures of how they were getting on whilst I was away. They were both happy and not in huffs when I came back! :)

Could not have been happier with Jess - the daily updates we received during our holiday really put our minds at rest. When our cat had made a mess of something Jess let us know immediately and started a discussion on how to best deal with the situation moving forward. We were so worried about how our wee kitten would handle us being away but Jess was so attentive and we could 100% tell in the video updates we received that Momo was very happy and comfortable with her. Will definitely book her again for any future holidays and I cannot recommend her enough. :)

Jessica is a very pleasant person and she is extremely knowledgeable with cats. She has lots of experience cat sitting and my cat loved her easily. She sent us pictures and short videos everyday to keep us from worrying. Our cat was comfortable in her own safe environment while we were away (as opposed to a cattery or pet hotel) . We will definitely ask for her help when we leave home next time.

Jess came to visit our kitten twice and he loved her. She came to visit him beforehand to meet him and understand his needs which was really reassuring. There was lots of purring in the videos she sent and he was a happy little kitten when we got home. Would definitely use again

Once again Jess has exceeded our expectations. Not only is she punctual and enthusiastic but she has actually managed to get our scaredy cat (who hides from everyone) to come out and interact. She even purred!! The video updates from each visit are a wonderful added bonus when you are away from home. Suffice to say that Jess is our "go to* cat sitter for sure.

I have a very difficult and unfriendly cat who doesn’t like change or people. Jess was amazing, patient and kind with her - so much so that they even became friends! Jess was reliable, communicated well and accommodated all my requests about my cat. She provided daily videos of how my cat was doing. I will be booking her again. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!!
