Terms of service.

By contacting me to arrange a sitting, you agree to the following terms.

I usually pet sit between the hours of 6am and 10am (morning visits) and then between 4pm and 8pm (evening visits) most days. I will visit your pets within this time frame unless otherwise agreed. This can change a little due to weather, traffic, or sickness. I will always try my best to keep you updated if I’m running late.

I usually visit for between 20 and 45 minutes each visit depending on your pet’s needs.

I’ll keep in touch with you via WhatsApp and I’ll send you photos and videos every visit so that you can see that your pet is happy and healthy.

Regarding extra pets.

The base charge for each visit includes care for up to three animals. If you have more pets that need care, I charge an extra £1 per pet, per visit. We can discuss this if it applies to you.

Regarding cancellations.

  • If I have to cancel our booking at any time, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • If you have to cancel our booking you may be eligible to receive a refund in the following circumstances:

    • If you cancel the booking more than 2 days before the booking starts (i.e. if your booking starts on the 5th of a month, you have until the end of the day on the 2nd to cancel) then you receive a 100% refund on your booking.

    • If you cancel the booking within 2 days of the booking starting, you’ll forfeit 20% of the cost of the booking and receive an 80% refund. I retain 20% as a cancellation fee.

Regarding security cameras and recording videos and audio in your home.

I am 100% comfortable with my clients recording videos and audio while I’m in their house, but please let me know if you have cameras beforehand - thank you!

I do take photos of my pet clients and sometimes I use these on my website or social media. Please let me know if you are not comfortable with this. I always crop photos to exclude identifying information (street names/details inside the home etc.) for your privacy and security.
